This week's episode of AEW Dynamite emanates from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania! Chris Jericho and Orange Cassidy collide in singles competition. Jeff Jarrett confronts "Hangman" Adam Page. Private Party and Komander are beaten down by the Blackpool Combat Club. AEW Women's Champion Mariah May teams up with Serena Deeb, and much more!

Orange Cassidy (w/ Kyle O'Reilly & Mark Briscoe) vs. Chris Jericho (w/ Big Bill & Bryan Keith)
A brawl ignites as the bell rings. The chaos spills outside the ring, where Cassidy leaps onto all four men before Briscoe does the same. Cassidy launches himself with a suicide dive onto Jericho. Cassidy then hits him with a pair of right hands before rolling Jericho back into the ring.
In the match's closing moments Jericho connects with a Death Valley Driver and stomps on Cassidy's head. Cassidy fights back with a DDT followed by a Tornado DDT. Cassidy then executes a diving DDT and looks for the Orange Punch, but Jericho surprises him with a Codebreaker. Cassidy responds with a Beach Break. As Keith distracts the referee, Briscoe unleashes a flurry of punches on him. Jericho picks up a roll of coins, but Cassidy intercepts it and delivers the Orange Punch with it to secure the victory.
Winner: Orange Cassidy
A backstage video of Claudio Castagnoli and PAC plays. They ask Wheeler Yuta where he's been and say they haven't heard from him since AEW All Out. PAC informs Yuta they have an AEW Trios Championships defense next week at AEW Grand Slam, and says it's time for him to come to work. Castagnoli says he's not mad at Yuta, but disappointed. Castagnoli asks Yuta to do them this one favor. Jon Moxley tells Yuta he has the strength inside him to do the right thing, but the choice is his.
Backstage, Wheeler Yuta says he's conflicted based on recent events, but he's worked his whole career to be a champion. Yuta mistakes AEW Grand Slam for WrestleDream. A staff member than informs Yuta he forgot his AEW Trios Championship belt. Yuta says Bryan Danielson taught him that you don't change who you are just because others around you are changing around you. Yuta declares that he is a fighting champion, and agrees to defend the AEW Trios Championship with Castagnoli and PAC next week.
Roderick Strong joins the commentary table, as Mike Bennett and Matt Taven stand nearby.
Hook vs. JD Ink
Hook takes Ink down with a clothesline and a trio of suplexes. Hook lands some right hands before locking in the Redrum for the win.
Winner: Hook
Backstage, Private Party call out the Blackpool Combat Club for next week at AEW Grand Slam.
Backstage, Christian Cage says he could talk about himself all down long, but he wants to talk about Nick Wayne tonight. Cage looks ahead to AEW Rampage, where Wayne's road to glory begins. This is the launching pad to Wayne and Cage holding championship gold in AEW at the same time. Cage then makes Renee Paquette hype him up. Nick Wayne then walks off the set. The camera reveals him to be confronting Kip Sabian. Cage steps in and asks Sabian why he keeps seeing him. Cage warns Sabian that if he sees him again, he'll put him in the dirt, just like his father.
Serena Deeb & Mariah May vs. Queen Aminta & Yuka Sakazaki
Sakazaki and Deeb lock up. Deeb takes down Sakazaki with a shoulder tackle and looks for a Dragon Screw Leg Whip but Sakazaki counters into a pinfall. Deeb and Sakazaki trade pinfall attempts. Aminata tags in and goes after Deeb. Deeb pulls Aminata's leg through the ropes. May tags herself in and elbows Sakazaki in the corner. Aminata responds with an elbow to May.
Back from break, Sakazaki takes down May with a hurricanrana and a rising knee strike. Sakazaki delivers a pair of suplexes to Deeb and May. Sakazaki attempts a pinfall on Deeb but May breaks it up and lands a German suplex. Aminata takes down May but is then suplexed by Deeb. Sakazaki delivers a hammerlock merry-go-round to Deeb. Sakazaki takes out May, Deeb, and Aminata with a springboard splash to the outside. Sakazaki drags Deeb into the ring and lands another springboard splash, but May then hits her with the AEW Women's Championship belt, causing the referee to call for the bell.
Winners (via disqualification): Queen Aminta & Yuka Sakazaki
After the match, May repeatedly whips her title belt into Sakazaki.
A vignette of Mina Shirakawa plays, and she informs May that she is soon coming to see her.
Private Party attack Jon Moxley and Castagnoli as they walk through the crowd, but Moxley and Castagnoli fight back. The action spills to the ringside area and the ring. Castagnoli takes down Marq Quen with a pair of choking neckbreakers. Meanwhile, Moxley sends Isiah Kassidy crashing into the steel steps. Marina Shafir then stomps Kassidy against the barricade. Shafir delivers kicks to the ribs of Kassidy as Moxley holds him back. Komander appears in the ring and hits Castagnoli with a dropkick. Komander then looks for a suicida but Castagnoli wipes him out with an uppercut. Shafir takes Alex down and the microphone from his hand. Moxley grabs a hammer and tells Private Party he could end their careers right now, but he won't do that. He says Private Party have been here since the beginning and are still in the same spot. Moxley says he's going to give them from friction then strikes Kassidy in the hand with the hammer.
Out nowhere, Darby Allin strikes Castagnoli with his skateboard from behind. Allin then faces off with Moxley inside the ring. Allin says he is not the same guy he was 5 years ago. and says he will defeat Moxley at AEW Grand Slam next week and will then walk into his home state at WrestleDream next month. Allin says he will also soon be AEW World champion.
Ricochet vs. The Beast Mortos
Ricochet unleashes a series of right hands on Mortos. Mortos responds in kind, but Ricochet counters by tossing him out of the ring. He then dives onto Mortos. Ricochet rolls Mortos back inside and hits a top-rope clothesline, then follows up with a standing 450 splash.
In the match's closing moments, Ricochet looks to leap onto Mortos, but Mortos catches him and slams him into the apron. Mortos look for a powerbomb but Ricochet counters. Back in the ring, Ricochet lands a 450 splash for a two-count fall. Ricochet ascends to the top turnbuckle, but Mortos sweeps his leg from underneath. Mortos then tosses Ricochet across the ring. Mortos covers him for a fall, but Ricochet kicks out. Mortos looks to slam Ricochet but Ricochet counters with a Crucifix Bomb. Ricochet connects with an Axe Kick and Vertigo for the win.

We Hear From Adam Page
Page reflects on his victory over Swerve Strickland and his warning to Strickland's supporters. He says he knew there'd be a day when Strickland would be gone and that others would have to face consequences for backing him. He calls out the fans who cheered for Strickland but then shifts his focus to Tony Schiavone, whom he points out as another support of Strickland's. Before things escalate, Jeff Jarrett makes his entrance.
Page rains down right hands on Jarrett. Officials separate the two, but Jarrett goes to attack Page again. Officials separate the two men again. Jarrett grabs a microphone and vows to kick Page's ass, if it's the last thing he does.
Backstage, Ricochet is asked about his recent victory over Mortos, but Will Ospreay interrupts. Ricochet points out that everyone seems to be concerned about him, and not Ospreay. Ricochet announces that he'll be challenging Ospreay for the International Championship on October 2.
The Don Callis Family (Konosuke Takeshita & Kyle Fletcher) & Will Ospreay vs. The Elite (Kazuchika Okada, Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson)
Fletcher and Nick Jackson lock up, with Fletcher gaining the upper hand with a shoulder block. Fletcher and Ospreay then team up to deliver a double hip toss. Okada is tagged in and locks up with Ospreay. Okada delivers a shoulder tackle but Ospreay kips up. Ospreay runs the ropes and lands a hurricanrana. Takeshita tags himself in, much to the dismay of Ospreay. Ospreay is then sent crashing into Takeshita. The Elite deliver a trio of sentons. Fletcher, Takeshita, and Ospreay then work together to coordinate a trio of dropkicks and then a triple dive onto The Elite to the outside.
In the match's closing moments, Takeshita delivers a double suplex to Nick and Matt Jackson. Ospreay connects with a diving elbow strike then takes down Matt and Nick with a backflipping kick. Ospreay then lands a standing sky-twister press. Ospreay tries for an Os-cutter but is caught by Okada. He then eats a pair of superkicks from Nick and Matt. Ospreay is covered for fall, but Fletcher breaks it up. Ospreay tries to fend off Matt and Nick but they take him down with superkicks.
Matt and Nick nail Fletcher with rising knee strikes. Okada takes down Fletcher with a flapjack. Okada then connects with a dropkick to Takeshita. Okada looks for the Rainmaker but Takeshita counters with a Blue Thunder Bomb. Fletcher delivers a twisted tombstone on Matt, but Nick breaks the subsequent pinfall. Ospreay lands a Hidden Blade on Nick. Ospreay and Fletcher then execute the Coriolis on Matt to secure the victory.
Winners: Konosuke Takeshita, Kyle Fletcher, & Will Ospreay
