Take 68 seconds today for a moment of reflection and rededication to supporting and honoring survivors—acknowledging that someone in America is sexually assaulted every 68 seconds. Share this moment, uplift survivor voices, and use your platform to start conversations and raise awareness.

There are many ways you can get involved and help us spread hope, courage, and community. Here are a few powerful actions you can take to continue advocating for change throughout SAAPM:
