This week's episode of WWE Raw emanates from the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada! Gunther confronts Bret "The Hitman" Hart. Natalya returns to help Lyra Valkyria and Zelina Vega. The Wyatt Sicks and American Made battle in a mixed tag team street fight. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill defend the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. The Intercontinental Championship tournament wraps up with a fatal-four-way, and much more.

Mixed Tag Team Street Fight: Wyatt Sicks vs. American Made
Nikki Cross jumps in the ring and goes after Ivy Nile. Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy, and Erick Rowan then brawl with American Made's Chad Gable, Julius Creed, and Brutus Creed. Cross and Nile wander to the outside, where Cross places a trash can over Nile's head and whacks it with a kendo stick. Cross follows up with a missile dropkick to the trash can. Back in the ring, Gable looks for an elbow drop on Lumis, but gets caught and rolls out of the ring.
Nile slams Cross onto the announce desk twice, while Gacy focuses on Brutus Creed in the ring. Gable whacks Gacy with a kendo stick and then looks to take out Rowan with it, but Rowan is unphased. Rowan double suplexes the Creed Brothers on the outside. Rowan sets up a table near the announce desk but finds himself misted by a fire extinguisher. American Made then send Rowan crashing through the table, and pile weapons on top of him.
Julius Creed slams a chair into Gacy's back. A trash can is then placed of Gacy's head while American Made take turns whacking it with kendo sticks. As Nile slides a chair into the ring, Cross appears from under the ring and whacks her with a kendo stick. Cross delivers a crossbody onto Nile; they both land on the announce desk. Julius pulls out another table from under the ring and brings it into the ring. The Creed brothers look to send Gacy through the table as Rowan emerges from under the rubble and breaks the nearby barricade. Rowan returns to the ring and takes down both Brutus and Julius. Rowan goes for a pinfall on Brutus, but Gable breaks it up.
Gable trips Rowan and sends him face first into a chair. Rowan is sent to the outside and eats a dive from Brutus. Gacy dives onto Gable, while Lumis takes out both Creeds with a double chokeslam. Lumis then lands a leg drop through the table onto Julius. Back in the ring, Gable is hit with a clothesline from Gacy. Gable responds with an Angle Slam off the top rope, sending them both crashing through a table. Gable goes for a pin, but Gacy kicks out. Nile has a kendo stick in hand, but Cross pulls her out of the ring. Cross delivers a German suplex to Gable. Cross nails Nile with neck twister onto a pile of chairs.
Rowan slams Gable onto steel stairs. Uncle Howdy enters the ring and hits a Sister Abigial on Gable. Lumis follows up with a splash off the top to Gable for the win.

We Hear From Finn Balor
Balor says Damian Priest screwed the Judgment Day. Balor says when he joined the group, he tried to reach down and help Priest, but Priest tried to hold Balor down. Balor say he made sure Priest stayed champion. Balor says he would have been champion himself had it not been for Preist's Money in the Bank briefcase. Balor tells Priest to stop hiding and face him.
Priest's music hits. Priests tells Balor he's been running from him and vows to drop Balor once he's done talking. Balor tells Priest he is no longer his sidekick, or a sidekick at all. Balor challenges Priest to a singles match at WWE Bad Blood. Priest accepts. Priest goes to beat up Balor, but the rest of the Judgment Day attack him instead. Rhea Ripley walks down on a crutch.
Liv Morgan tries to attack Ripley from behind, but Ripley has it scouted and hits her with her crutch. Ripley also takes down Dominik Mysterio with her crutch. Morgan hits Ripley's bad leg and dumps her into the ring. Morgan repeatedly whacks Ripley with the crutch. Priest covers Ripley and takes a series of crutch shots to his back. Judgment Day drag him off of Ripley and deliver more crutch shots. Jey Uso rushes down with a chair as the Judgment Day flee.
Backstage, Bron Breakker tells Braun Strowman the only reason he's still standing is because they've never shared the ring. Breakker then says hopes Strowman wins the shot at the Intercontinental Championship.
WWE Women's Tag Team Championships: Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair (c) vs. Isla Dawn & Alba Fyre
Fyre and Belair lock up. Belair slams Fyre to the mat and tags in Cargill. Belair and Cargill send Fyre flying over the top rope and to the outside. Fyre recovers and tags in Dawn. Cargill slams Fyre and Dawn to the mat. Cargill hits Fyre in the corner and goes for the same on Dawn, but Dawn blocks it. Dawn delivers a boot to Cargill's head. Fyre then goes for a pinfall on her, but Cargill kicks out. Cargill tags in Belair. Belair delivers a drop kick to Dawn and a vertical suplex to Fyre. Belair follows up with a shoulder to Dawn in the corner then a series of punches. Dawn and Fyre are then taken down by a double crossbody off the top from Belair. Belair lands a moonsault to Dawn off the ropes. Dawn kicks out of Belair's pinfall attempt.
In the match's closing moments, Cargill goes for Jaded on Dawn but Fyre kicks her to stop it. Fyre and Dawn double team Belair with a Gory Special Facebuster but Belair kicks out. Belair pushes Fyre and slams Dawn into the ring post. Belair tags in Cargill. Cargill with a pump kick to Fyre. Belair and Cargill double team Fyre for the win.

Bret "The Hitman" Hart Appears
WWE Raw commentators Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett introduce Bret Hart. Hart says no one took more pride in being a champion, specifically a Canadian champion, in WWE than him. Hart says Canadian champions never duck a challenge and always looked to prove themselves. Hart says he is the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be.
Gunther's music hits. Gunther calls Hart the best there was, but says he, "The Ring General," is the best there is and ever will be. Gunther says this feels like a passing of the torch moment. Gunther say he and the locker room used to watch Hart growing up. Gunther says Hart was a childhood hero, but second to his all-time favorite, Bill Goldberg.
Sami Zayn's music hits. Zayn calls out Gunther for disrespecting Hart. Zayn then calls Hart a hero to him. Zayn says Hart set the tone for what it means to be a champion. Zayn challenges Gunther to prove himself as a champion against him. Gunther says Zayn isn't in his league and is far from being in the same league as Hart. Gunther tells Zayn no, in response to his challenge.
Hart calls Gunther a coward for backing down from Zayn's challenge. Gunther and Zayn then come face to face. Gunther goes to punch Zayn but Zayn blocks it. Zayn sends Gunther into the ring post and continues to punch him at ringside until officials separate them. Zayn and Hart stand tall in the ring.
Backstage, Bron Breakker asks Pete Dunne what name he used to go by. Dunne tells Breakker not to call him that former name (Butch). Tonight, Dunne vows to take himself closer to the Intercontinental Championship, Tomorrow, he plans to beat Trick Williams on NXT. Breakker tells Dunne to keep on dreaming. As Breakker walks away, Sheamus lands a running knee to Dunne's face. Sheamus then tries to whack Dunne with a shillelagh, but Dunne ducks.
Dominik Mysterio vs. Dragon Lee
Dominik slaps Lee in the corner, but Lee pushes back and looks for a leg submission. Dominik breaks it by reaching the ropes. Lee goes up top for a splash, but Dominik dropkicks him mid-air. Dominik poses and gloats on the top rope.
Later, Lee hangs Dominik by his knees and connects with a double stomp in the corner. Lee attempts a pinfall, but JD McDonagh puts Dominik's foot on the bottom rope. Rey Mysterio confronts McDonagh as the Judgment Day and LWO then brawl to the backstage area. Liv Morgan swipes Lee's leg while the referee is distracted, paving the way for Dominik to set up and land a 619 on Lee. Dominik follows up with a Frog Splash for the win.

Zelina Vega, Lyra Valkyria & Natalya vs. Pure Fusion Collective (Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark & Sonya Deville)
A returning Natalya joins Vega and Valkyria in the fight against Pure Fusion Collective. Stark nails Vega with a suplex. Baszler tags in and places Vega up on her shoulders, but Vega sends her crashing into the ring apron. Natalya lands a flurry of strikes on Stark. Stark tries to respond with a splash, but Natalya has it scouted.
In the match's closing moments, Natalya looks for a Sharpshooter on Stark, but Deville and Baszler prevent her from locking it in. Valkyria and Vega step in to trap Baszler and Deville with Sharpshooters of their own. Natalya officially cinches hers in on Stark. Stark taps out.

Drew McIntyre Calls Out Wade Barrett, Adam Pearce Intervenes
McIntyre encourages the crowd to chant "CM Punk" louder, but says their chants are "in memory of" Punk. McIntyre points out that Punk screwed him out of the world title three times, and he pinned him at SummerSlam. McIntyre proclaims that he and Punk are not done with each other just yet. McIntyre wants to now look at the future, including a potential shot at the world title and his new movie coming out this week. McIntyre says things are perfect for him, except for one thing. McIntyre pivots his attention to Wade Barrett and says Barrett has been the only logical voice in his corner. McIntyre questions why Barrett stepped in last week and tried to stop hm from attacking Punk. McIntyre says he's not angry; he's disappointed. But if Barrett does it again, McIntyre will be angry, and he'll do something about it.
WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce emerges with a microphone and says he doesn't think McIntyre wants to fight Barrett and doesn't think Barrett wants to fight McIntyre. McIntyre calls Pearce a corporate suit and returns to the ring. Pearce assures that CM Punk is not done with McIntyre. Pearce confirms the Punk-McIntyre feud ends at WWE Bad Blood, with a Hell in a Cell match.
Backstage, Karrion Kross offers to help The Miz get out of a rut. Xavier Woods enters the frame with questions and tells The Miz that Kross is not his friend. Woods reminds Miz that he is a former WWE Champion. Miz admits that he has been in a rut and appreciates Woods' words, but says he wouldn't understand his situation. Kofi Kingston confirms that he and Woods will challenge for the WWE World Tag Team Championships next week on Raw.
Rey Mysterio vs. Finn Balor
Balor knees Mysterio in the gut and takes him down with a chop. Balor then delivers a series of stomps to his chest. Mysterio lands some punches, but Balor drives him back into the corner. Mysterio takes down Balor with a hurricanrana and a dropkick to the outside. Mysterio wipes him out with a dive.
Later, Mysterio goes for a 619, but Balor catches his legs. Balor traps Mysterio leg in between the ropes for a submission. The referee counts for Balor to release the hold, but he doesn't. The referee calls for the bell.
Winner (via Disqualification): Rey Mysterio
After the match, Balor delivers a running dropkick to Mysterio, simultaneously sending him crashing into the ring post. Balor follows up with another dropkick against the ring apron.
Intercontinental Championship Contender Tournament: Ilja Dragunov vs. Braun Strowman vs. Jey Uso vs. Pete Dunne
Dunne goes after Uso, while Dragunov and Stroman battle in the other corner. Strowman takes down Dragunov, Uso, and then sends Dunne out of the ring. Strowman looks to plow Dunne through the barricade, but Dunne dodges. Dunne returns to the ring and kicks down Dragunov. Dragunov responds with a German suplex and a running knee into the corner. Uso with a step-up enziguri to Dragunov. Dunne sends Uso up and over the rope. Strowman lifts up Dunne and sends him flying into Uso and Dragunov on the outside.
Back from break, Uso, Dunne, and Dragunov work together to take down Strowman. Uso delivers an uppercut to Dunne. Uso goes for a right hand but Dunne counters with an armbar. Strowman breaks it up as Dragunov comes flying off the top rope. Dunne, Uso and Dragunov work together again, this time to send Strowman crashing into the steel ring steps. Dunne suplexes Dragunov and attempts a pinfall, which Dragunov kicks out of. Dunne goes for a kick, but Dragunov responds with a chop. Dunne and Dragunov trade dropkicks. Dragunov jumps off the top but eats a mid-air superkick from Uso.
Later, a returning Bronson Reed dives onto Strowman and sends him crashing through the announce table. Back in the ring, Uso spears Dragunov. Dunne pushes Uso out of the ring and goes for a pin on Dragunov, but Dragunov kicks out. Dunne delivers a series of kicks to Dragunov then a flurry of strikes. Dragunov nails Dunne with a jumping boot before slamming him to the mat. Dragunov follows up with an H-Bomb for a pinfall attempt, but Uso breaks it up with a kick to his jaw. Uso capitalizes with an Uso Splash on Dunne for the win.
Winner: Jey Uso
