Today's Bible Reading- Ezekiel Chapters 37-39
September's Memory Verse- Acts 5:29
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 78°, overcast, 41% chance of rain, winds from the east northeast with speeds between 11-13 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 97%.
So. The menu is made. The grocery list is made. Laundry is not finished. Fish were fed yesterday. Ledgers were not balanced. Nope. I decided to put that signal socket on my car. It didn't fit.
That led to a long day of running around town trying to find a fitting part. No one could figure it out. I went online last night trying to hunt for a fitting part that looks identical to the one I have. Between Pop and me, and with a huge help from the Lord, I think we've found it. It actually fits a 2010 Ford Taurus, of all things. So now, I can look for that part and see what I can come up with! One place in town has it, but it's very expensive.
Either way, we know what the part is now, so we know what to look for. Praise the Lord for that!
I did get Gracie's fountain clean yesterday. Put new filters in. She appreciated that.
Today, I'll balance ledgers, and then it's grocery shopping. I want to get it done so I can help with the bathroom tomorrow. I think we'll be finishing the ceiling, fixing the lights, and possibly putting up the rest of the wall where the shower will be. If that's the case, then maybe, just maybe, we may get to put the shower in this weekend. That would be amazing! Then it's putting up the rest of the walls, priming, painting, flooring, toilet, sink, new medicine cabinet, and eventually a nice cabinet for storing things. Woot!
I'll be so thankful to have my toilet back. One toilet has been a bit of a challenge.
That's all I have for today, peeps. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
