Even our most basic, entry level Janome sewing machine comes with a good variety of Presser Feet which allow you to achieve faster, easier, more professional results for a variety of sewing tasks. The Janome Automatic Buttonhole Foot (R) for example, allows you to quickly, easily and accurately sew the same size buttonhole over and over again.
The Janome Satin Stitch Foot (F) comes with many Janome sewing machines and is the recommended presser foot to use when using decorative stitches and fonts. There's a channel on the underside of the foot which allows the heavier decorative stitches to pass freely as they stitch out.
Those machines with LCD screens will show which recommended presser foot to use based on the stitch selected, and you'll find full details in the Instruction Manual of your machine. For those machines which are compatible, there's also loads of presser foot information in the FREE Janome apps like AcuSpark for the Janome Continental M7, AcuSpark 2 for the Janome Continental M8 and MC9480QC Professional and AcuAssist for the Janome Continental M17.
You'll find drawings and a list of all the presser feet and accessories which come with your machine in the front pages of your Instruction Manual.
