1. LACK OF SELF LOVE. You're afraid to show your true self, worrying that others might judge or criticize you. Remember, your true self is unique and valuable. Embrace who you are, and let your authenticity shine-those who truly matter will appreciate you for it.
2. COMPARING YOURSELF WITH OTHERS. It's easy to feel not good enough when you're always comparing yourself to others. Instead, focus on your own path and celebrate your progress.
3. LETTING EMOTIONS CONTROL YOU.You lose control of situations. Try to stay cool, calm, and collected. Control your reactions to control the situation.
4. AVOIDING EYE CONTACT. It shows insecurity. Maintain eye contact to show confidence. If you start looking at people eyes while speaking and don't think about they will judge you belive me dear you will gain lot of self confidence.
5. SHARING YOUR GOAL. Others might sabotage you. So stay low key about your next big steps. Surprise them with your success.
6. FEAR OF FAILURE. It's ok to fail sometimes you know because if you want to be successful then the first step of success is failure, if you get back up after fail attempt and cross that 1st step believe there no one in these universe to stop you from being successful.
7. NOT LISTEN TO YOUR HEART. I mean really most of you don't listen to your heart, always listen to your mind. Just listen to your heart if you think that dress looks good on you then wear it, if you think you want to become a Doctor then be it, if you think that boy/girl is beautiful then talk to him/her. Just listen to your heart ok.
