Bryan Danielson vs. Nigel McGuinness
Nigel McGuinness is down in the ring and awaits Bryan Danielson's arrival. Danielson's music hits, but he is nowhere to be found. McGuinness demands that the referee start the count for a potential countout on Danielson. As the referee counts, Danielson's music hits again, and he makes his way to the ring.
Danielson and McGuinness lock up. McGuinness knocks Danielson onto the mat and taunts him, but Danielson responds with a kick to McGuinness' back. McGuinness and Danielson trade arm holds. McGuinness rains down on Danielson with a pair of hands. Danielson slaps, and McGuinness slaps back in retaliation. McGuinness and Danielson trade uppercuts. Danielson lands a kick to McGuinness' thigh, which sends McGuinness to the ground. McGuinness fires back with more hands, but Danielson reverses it. McGuinness looks for the LeBell Lock but Danielson counters with the very submission. McGuinness escapes, then sends Danielson to the outside. McGuinness sends Danielson face first into the steel steps with a drop-toe hold. McGuinness tries to crush Danielson with the steel steps, but Danielson moves out of the way just in time. Danielson sends McGuinness into the ring post.
Back in the ring, McGuinness places Danielson in an arm submission. Danielson gets his leg under the rope to break it. Danielson executes a back arch suplex on McGuinness then ascends to the top. McGuinness looks for Tower of London, but Danielson escapes and lands a running knee.
In the match's closing moments, McGuinness lands a lariat and covers Danielson, but he kicks out. McGuinness thumbs Danielson in the eye and hits a ripcord lariat. McGuinness delivers a series of elbows to Danielson's chest. McGuinness successfully hits Tower of London. Danielson kicks out at two. McGuinness continues to target Danielson's arm with a London Dungeon. McGuinness responds with a series of elbows himself. As Danielson kicks McGuinness, McGuinness lands a chop. Danielson chops back then headbutts McGuinness to the mat. McGuinness knees Danielson. Danielson locks in the LeBell Lock and McGuinness taps out.
Winner: Bryan Danielson
After the match, Christian Cage walks out onto the stage with his guaranteed title shot contract. Kip Sabian sneaks up from behind and steals Cage's pen before he can officially sign the contract.
FTW Championship: Hook (c) vs. Roderick Strong (w/ Matt Taven & Mike Bennett)
Hook and Strong trade wrist locks. Hook hits a headlock takedown. Strong flees to the outside with Matt Taven and Mike Bennett at his side. Hook hits Strong from behind and rains down with right hands. Strong flings Hook into the barricade. Strong grabs a kendo stick and swings at Hook, but Hook dodges and hits Strong instead. Hook levels Taven and Bennett. Strong then sends Hook crashing into the ring post.
In the match's closing moments, Hook sends Strong back-first into a pair of chairs. Strong puts Hook in a Fireman's Carry and launches Hook onto a chair. Strong connects with a kick and goes for a cover, but Hook kicks out. Hook locks in Redrum for the win.
Winner (And Still): Hook
Post-match, Strong offers his hand and then hugs Hook. Taven and Bennett shake hands with Hook as well. Tony Schiavone congrats Hook on his title defense. Hook thanks the fans and Schiavone, but says all good things must come to an end. Hook declares that the FTW Championship is retired then embraces his father, Taz.
AEW Tag Team Championships The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) (c) vs. Kyle Fletcher & Will Ospreay
Matt and Nick double team Ospreay then take down Fletcher with a double clotheslines. Ospreay and Fletcher level Nick and Matt, with the latter landing on top of the former. Ospreay and Fletcher take out Nick and Matt with twisting moonsaults to the outside.
Back from break, Fletcher double clotheslines Matt and Nick. Ospreay tags in and levels Matt and Nick with a pair of kicks. Ospreay connects with a standing skytwister press on Nick. Nick tags in Matt. Nick and Matt double team Ospreay. Nick knees Ospreay as Matt then attempts a pinfall. Matt lands a senton powerbomb and goes for another cover, but Fletcher breaks it up. Ospreay lands a double cutter on Matt and Nick. Matt lands a destroyer but Ospreay responds with a Hidden Blade. All four men are laid out. Fletcher eats a piledriver on the apron from Matt and Nick, and barely beats the referee's count. Nick then knees Fletcher in the head.
Later, Ospreay hits a Hidden Blade and a Stormbreaker on Matt. Nick breaks up the subsequent pinfall attempt. Ospreay looks for a Tiger Driver, but Matt counters with a kick. Fletcher enters the ring and is once again double teamed by Nick and Matt. Ospreay hits a cutter on Matt. Fletcher and Ospreay team up for a Coriolis but Matt kicks out again. Fletcher hits a turnbuckle brainbuster on Matt, but Nick breaks up the pinfall. Fletcher sends Nick flying to the outside with a kick, then dives onto him. Don Callis hands Fletcher a screwdriver then distracts the referee. Fletcher looks to use the screwdriver but Ospreay takes it from him. With the referee still distracted, Matt hits Fletcher in the head with a title belt, before tossing it to Nick. Nick then hits Fletcher in the head with the title belt. Matt and Nick hit a BTE Trigger on Fletcher for the win.

Backstage, Renee Paquette is with The Conglomeration. Mark Briscoe says he's feeling the energy tonight. Briscoe then vows to give The Learning Tree an ass whooping on AEW Collision.
On the stage, Tony Schiavone introduces Prince Nana. Nana says Swerve Strickland means a lot to him. Nana says nothing can stop Strickland mentally, but physically, he is not cleared to come back yet. Nana says Strickland is fighting each and every day for the fans. A debuting MVP interrupts and says Strickland is the most phenomenal talent to ever hit an AEW ring. MVP says he also saw Strickland lose at AEW All In then watched his childhood burn to the ground. MVP questions why Adam Page is still walking around talking about it and smiling. MVP then blames Nana for Strickland's loss. MVP tells Nana to give Strickland his business card and tell him he's willing to talk business with him.
AEW Women's Championship: Mariah May (c) vs. Yuka Sakazaki
As May walks down to the ring, Sakazaki attacks May her. The bell rings, with Sakazaki and May trading slaps. Sakazaki clocks May with a rolling elbow. May rolls to the outside then drags Sakazaki there as well. May lands a dropkick then drags Sakazaki back into the ring. May hits a spinning side slam for a two count. May entangles Sakazaki in between the ropes then chokes her against them. May hits a dropkick from behind. May places Sakazaki on top of the corner turnbuckle and looks for a hurricanrana, but Sakazaki blocks. Sakazaki chokes May with a scissors hold. Sakazaki goes for a series of pinfall attempts, but May kicks out every time. Sakazaki spins May by her shoulders. May headbutts Sakazaki then follows up with a German Suplex.
Sakazaki thrust kicks May then delivers a Northern Lights Bomb. Sakazaki looks for a crossbody May sees her coming. May connects with a Storm Zero for the win.
Winner (And Still): Mariah May
After the match, May goes to hit Sakazaki with the AEW Women's Championship, but Willow Nightingale makes the save. Mina Shirakawa's music hits. May then runs to her and they celebrate, though Shirakawa seems slightly confused.
AEW World Championship #1 Contendership Match: Jon Moxley (w/ Marina Shafir) vs. Darby Allin
Moxley boots Allin in the face then chops him in the corner. Moxley delivers a pair of body slams then whips Allin into the corner, sending him flying through the ropes. Allin dropkicks Moxley on the outside. Allin jumps onto Moxley's back, but Moxley flings him off. Allin elbows Moxley's tricep onto the ring post. Allin hits a Coffin Drop. Allin dives onto Moxley from the other side of the ring. Allin comes face-to-face with Shafir. Moxley body-slams Allin onto the apron. With the referee distracted, Sharif hits Allin. Moxley stretches Allin's arm against the ring post.
Later, Allin applies an arm-wrist lock, which Moxley escapes. Allin then applies a Guillotine, which Moxley again breaks free of. Moxley clocks Allin off the top turnbuckle. Shafir peels back the padding around the ring to reveal the wooden flooring beneath. Moxley looks for a Death Rider but Allin counters it by sending Moxley crashing into the steel steps. Allin dives to the outside but Moxley sidesteps. Moxley slams Allin back-first into the steel steps. The referee begins counting to ten, but Allin returns to the ring before he can finish it.
Allin and Moxley trade strikes. Allin rolls up Moxley, but Moxley kicks out. Allin goes for a Coffin Drop and he instead lands right into a body-lock. Moxley transitions to a Sleeper hold. Eventually, Moxley breaks the hold. Allin and Moxley go back and forth on the top turnbuckle before Moxley lands an Avalanche Death Rider for the win.
Winner: Jon Moxley
After the match, Bryan Danielson blindsides Moxley from behind and chokes him with a band of sorts. Shafir, PAC, and Claudio Castagnoli, rip Danielson off of Moxley and begin beating him down. Private Party and Komander rush down to even the odds. Danielson looks for a running knee on Moxley, but Shafir, PAC, and Castagnoli pull him out of the ring. Danielson says if Moxley wants war, then he'll get war. Danielson then vows to kick Moxley's ass at AEW WrestleDream.
