NEWLY REOPENED GRAND HYATT SINGAPORE PETE"S PLACE
Since its reopening on 10 July 2024, the Grand Hyatt Singapore has welcomed back much loved classics, Straits Kitchen and BRIX, with Pete's Place and The Shop opened on 19 August 2024. The bar at Oasis has reopened, with the restaurant opening on 9 September 2024. The grand opening of Le Pristine Singapore by Michelin-starred Chef Sergio Herman and Martini Bar are slated for October 2024.

Pete's Place and The Shop reopened on 19 August 2024. Pete's Place continues its rich legacy since 1973 as a destination for authentic Italian comfort food. Under the guidance of newly-appointed Chef Salvatore Giorgio Catania, hailing from Puglia, Italy, the restaurant now features a new private dining room, a grand wine cellar and a chef's table offering kitchento-tableside service. Menu highlights include Costoletta alla Milanese, a tender fried veal cutlet coated in crunchy breadcrumbs, an Antipasti bar to create your own salad, and the signature Negroni Flight.

After closing in September 2022 for extensive renovations as part of the hotel's 50th anniversary celebrations, Pete's Place has emerged rejuvenated, featuring a modern yet cozy design that maintains the charm of its original concept. The restaurant is now part of the newly renovated Terrace Wing of the Grand Hyatt, which is the first phase of the hotel's multi-stage reopening.
