This book is exactly what we need right now. It illustrates all the images we have lived through during the pandemic- from zoom calls, to rainbows on windows, to chalk messages of hope. It also identifies the feelings from the pandemic- sadness, isolation. All this without actually mentioning the virus or the lock down. It is familiar yet slightly subtle. It is beautiful in its simplicity and its message is a wonderful reminder of the positivity that can exist in a time trouble.
