As The Brother was celebrating a significant birthday, we arranged to meet him there. Corsair, P38 Lightning & P51 Mustang Sally B: B-17 Flying Fortress The weather brightened as the day went on, and by the time the flying displays started at 1pm, the sun was out and the sky was blue. Perfect conditions. 🙂 The family I hadn't taken my dSLR camera, so everything was taken on my iPhone - some shots were successful, some were not. Nine-ship of Spitfires 🙂 Favourite shot of the day The Air Show allocated us a disabled parking space, which was most welcome. This meant that The Boy didn't have to be in amongst the crowds to watch the flying, and we had space for our camping chairs at the back of the car.
