Today's Bible Reading- 2 Chronicles Chapters 12-15.
May's Memory Verse- 1 Thessalonians 5:18-22.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 87°, partly cloudy with 17% chance of isolated storms, winds from the west southwest at 2-8 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 94%.
Happy Saturday! I have groceries to buy today. Mom and I went out yesterday to a farm about an hour from our house and got a good half of the groceries. Today is the other half.
Um, I don't have much on my plate today. I do have a couple of bills that need paid. I should get those ready and get them out into the mailbox.
I'd like to get some work done on Mom's sweater. If I had the dough, I'd probably get me some yarn to make me a sweater. That's later, though. Mom's sweater needs finished, and then I have a sock that needs finished. Then I can think about making me a sweater. I could make my best friend one. She'd probably like that. Maybe I could make her a pair of socks.
Anyhoo. That's my agenda today. The grocery shopping yesterday wore me out. I need to be careful how long I drive. The seatbelt rubs against a couple of my incisions and makes them tender. If I were a passenger in the car, it'd do the same thing. It's just the location of the incisions.
That's about all I have for today, peeps. It's going to be a hot one. I need to stay hydrated and cool. Hopefully, I can get around and get the groceries before it gets too steamy.
Oh! I do want to pull the squash plant out of the greenhouse and maybe plant some lettuce. That's about it. It's just going to be too hot to do much today. We're having more July weather than May weather. It's been unnaturally hot.
Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
