Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 81°, sunny, no rain, winds from the north northeast at 1-7 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 73%.
It's a beautiful morning! The sun is shining, the breeze is blowing, it's in the upper 50s, lower 60s in temperature. I had a good night's sleep last night. I washed my sleep mask and have been letting it air dry. It has little glass beads in it for weight, and it's not supposed to be put in the dryer to dry. Anyhoo. I washed it, air dried it, and used it last night. I got an amazing night's sleep. I guess I'm just one of those people that needs pitch black to sleep at night.
I made supper last night, too. Frank's chicken with mashed potatoes and honey glazed carrots. It was delicious.
I also went to the nurse practitioner yesterday. I was a few minutes late thanks to construction that I didn't know was going on. I ended up having to use the freeway to get there. Boo. Talk about anxiety. I hate driving the freeway.
She's putting me back on the lowest doses of supplements because I'm so sensitive to them. I'm back on half a dropper of Stone Free. It'll help my liver break down the fats that my gallbladder was doing. I am on one tablet of the liver and gallbladder support tablets. I have a new one, too. One tablet of okra pepsin. It's supposed to help my digestive system. I'll be starting those today. Say a prayer that they aren't too strong. I have a function I have to attend tonight.
Speaking of tonight, I was invited to a political thing. A bbq for a bunch of different political candidates, being thrown by one of our state senators. I was asked to attend. I'll be going, but I'm not sure what to wear.
Mom and Pop will be having Pad Thai for supper. Mom asked me to make it ahead of time and she'll just heat it up. She doesn't feel comfortable in making it herself.
Ouch. I just sneezed pretty hard and it made my incisions hurt.
Um, not much else to talk about today. I have ledgers to balance, hair to wash, fish to feed, and food to cook. I also need to clean out Gracie's litter box. It's in need of a cleaning.
