Today's Bible Reading- Deuteronomy Chapters 6-8.
March's Memory Verse- John 14:6.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 45°, overcast, 90% chance of rain, winds from the east northeast at 11 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 64%.
It's going to be a rainy, cold, start to March! The old saying is In like a lion, and out like a lamb. This year is more like in like a wet Siberian tiger.
Thank the Lord for a smaller verse to memorize this month! I actually already know this verse. I just didn't know the reference. It'll just take a little refreshing to get it down pat. I'm going to continue on February's verse, too. It's a challenge, and I want to win.
Today's goals: ledgers. That's the big one. I have a few other things to do, but not much. Unless Mom asks me to do something, I'll be working on her sweater. I'm officially on the left front piece!
Supper last night was sloppy joes. Pop came home from work early and tilled up the garden bed. I didn't know what side to have with the sloppy joes, but in the end I made a plate of grapes, mandarin sections, celery sticks, and sliced banana. That was a hit. I had just a little bit of cream cheese. Pop ate celery with it.
Supper tonight will be sausage, scrambled eggs and pancakes. Yay for breakfast! I'm going to use my special pancake pan. It puts designs on them like dinosaurs, unicorns and mermaids. Aldi special I bought a couple of years ago. Cute little thing. The pancakes are mini sized.
The neighbors were around last night. They had a few cars with them loading stuff up. They must have come in after it got dark, and they all left late last night. I thought they'd gotten everything out of their house already. Strange people.
That's all I have for today, peeps. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
