Non -Vegetarian vs Vegetarian Food
Non-vegetarian food is consumed by lots of people these days because it is full of nutrients for our body and mind.
Whereas vegetarian foods are eaten less frequently by some people because they feel incomplete if they haven't included chicken and fish in their diets!
However, there are many people who are conscious about their health as well and they prefer to include fresh vegetables and fruits in salads.
It all depends on peoples' choices and opinions on being a non-vegetarian or vegetarian.
Some are concerned about animals, and they don't like the idea of killing them and eating it then.
It is interesting to see how people from all across the world have different viewpoints on non-vegetarian versus being a vegetarian.
We should respect the fact being vegetarian is better than being a non-vegetarian because I believe vegetarian food is healthier and has much fiber too.
