 | Ruth Nov 2 | I've noted all my numbers this month, more out of habit than anything else. I seem to have run out of enthusiasm for making a Project Life style scrapbook page, so I'm simply going to record them here. - 14 online Step classes via YouTube
- 28 sessions of online Pilates
- 11 scrapbook pages created
- 28,262 steps walked by me on my busiest day - that's a walk to the supermarket, a walk with Tilly, a walk to the beauty salon, another walk with Tilly and a walk to the postbox
- 8 pieces of Happy Mail sent and 1 note of condolence
- 7 occasions where we met up with friends and/or family
- 37 walks with Tilly
- 1 hour and 45 minutes on the 'phone to the bank
- 2 outings for brunch
- 4 haircuts
- 2 Covid boosters
- 1 night away from home
