We should all take care of our health because it matters the most. If we are healthy and fit we can do anything. We should include fresh fruits and vegetables in our diet!
We are what we eat and we should make it a habit to eat small meals during the day because this is important for our lifestyle!
I have come up with an acronym for the word, Health.
H- Homemade food is essential for a good lifestyle.
E- Energy is required for body and mind!
A- Almonds contains lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium, and vitamin E.
L - Likewise nuts are good source of protein!
T - Today several people are conscious about their well being!
H - Having all minerals and vitamins prevents us from getting sick.
Our health matters the most at the end of the day because if we are well we can focus on our dreams and goals!
So, taking care of ourselves should be our first priority out of everything else because health is wealth!
