Each week, Janome America Software Specialist, Anne Hein goes LIVE sharing tips and tricks to help you learn and get the most from the software and your Janome embroidery machine. Don't worry if you can't join in LIVE, all the presentations are stored in the MEDIA/VIDEOS tab so you may review whenever you wish.

Yes, no need to go down the rabbit hole on You Tube trying to find related videos, you have a ton of categorized videos built into the software so they're always readily available when you need help. Pause, rewind, resume to learn the steps as you go along. It's sew easy! Support is right at your fingertips, both within the software itself (there's also a built-in Instruction Manual which you may print if you wish) and in the Janome Artistic Digitizer Facebook Group.
