This is another one of those entries that start with "SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED!!" and that's no lie. A lot has. And as previously mentioned, the more shit that's going on, the more I want to write but have no motivation. But then at the same time, less shit going on... well... I have nothing to write about. My problem is, the more time that goes past without writing the more I have to jot down and that's when I do a dot point list. Which is what I'm going to do:
Things that have happened since my last post (1st Feb... that's actually ain't that long!!)
- Got sad again cause I was second guessing my job so I got all moody and weird and took some time off from work.
- Spent Valentines Day (14th of Feb if anyone is confused when that is) celebrating my best friends uni graduation which was great cause she's been doing university almost as long as I've known her.
- 4 days later (18th) I had my sisters 30th birthday.
- 2 days later (20th) found out my dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer - I'll probably address that more later.
- Took a few days off to get my head around that.
- Drove 2 hours back and forth after work one day to take the dogs to the beach. Was definitely worth it.
- (24th) was my brothers birthday so went out for that.
- Took the Monday off from work (27th) cause I was feeling shitty BUT!! Took the day to look into some things to "better myself"
- 28th - the day after taking a day off, I went to my first pole class which was one of the things on my NY resolution list. Then I signed up for an 8 week class.
- Also signed up to be a mentor to a high schooler.
I think that covers all of February. I don't think I was lying when I said it was intense. I'm doing that thing where I'm being positive and looking at mixing things up to keep me interested in stuff. Does that make sense?
That was my reason for doing the pole thing and just being like "yanno, just do it". So, I guess there will be more to post on that.
This month (if you don't hear from me), here's some of the thing I'll be doing.
- Going to the Great Ocean Road this weekend (2 days away!!)
- 4 year annivsersay on Monday (6th)
- Got 6 hour training for the mentorship booked in for the Monday as well but I need to confirm that is still happening.
- Finally seeing My Chemical Romance on the 16th after waiting 2 years of having these damn tickets and it being postponed during Covid.
- Will be seeing my best friend for one of the weekends.
- Have plans to meet up with some girls I have been talking to online for a bit.
- Pole classes every Monday.
- Considering doing some dance classes.
- I got ALOT of work to do because Im in a dedicated quality team right now.
And that should take me to the end of the month.
Also, I just realized this post was exactly the same as my last post with the dot points and plans. Seems I found something that stuck.
