Akanoya Robatayaki is a Japanese bincho grill restaurant that has recently undergone a complete renovation to provide a more modern and enhanced dining experience. The 2,100 square feet restaurant now features additional booths, private rooms, and a bar, while still retaining its main robatayaki dining counter as the centerpiece.

At the robatayaki counter, customers can select from a visually impressive marketplace of approximately 50 fresh and seasonal ingredients that are flown in from Japan two to three times a week. The Japan-based team ensures that the ingredients are the freshest and of the highest quality possible. Guests can pick their preferred array of ingredients, and the skilled chefs at the open kitchen will grill them to perfection over bincho charcoal before serving them up on a classic robatayaki paddle.

This unique and theatrical presentation is an impressive sight to behold. The chefs hold one end of the handle before extending the paddle to the guests. Diners can enjoy the dishes directly from the paddle on the other end, making the dining experience interactive and engaging. The robatayaki counter remains the focal point of the restaurant, and guests can watch as the chefs deftly prepare the dishes before their eyes.

In addition to the exceptional dining experience, Akanoya Robatayaki now features a bar tucked at the end of the restaurant where guests can start or end their meals with pre-dinner or post-dinner drinks. The bar boasts a stellar sake list, with 30 to 40 selections of rare sakes carefully sourced from various parts of Japan. The cocktails with a fun Japanese twist are a must-try. The masterfully crafted cocktails are unique, special, and blew us away.

The newly added private rooms provide the perfect setting for intimate gatherings or corporate events. The booths offer a cozy and comfortable dining experience for smaller groups. The newly renovated restaurant, together with the impressive range of dishes and drinks, creates a complete dining experience that is sure to satisfy even the most discerning of diners.
