Across our resplendent three counties, I have, over the numerous years of living here, discovered countless beauticians and aestheticians who are chock full of talent, giving absolutely no need for us ladies (and gents!) who want to make the best of ourselves to haul our asses into London for 'tweakments' and that little bit of extra help, when we have it all on our doorstep.
Without doubt the most instant and jaw-dropping results have come from a range of treatments I have been trying out at Aphrodite in Woburn.
Absolutely mind-blowing, my favourite treatment is inch loss cavitation – I can quite literally see the fat disappearing by the time the ultrasound has worked its magic.
I never imagined this was possible until I saw it with my own eyes.
This comfortable and non-invasive procedure safely and effectively breaks down fat cells, done by the action of a low-frequency ultrasound.
You just lie back and chat with the lovely Teresa as the blubber melts away.
Then radio frequency can be used, which helps tighten skin, break down fatty tissue and improve the appearance of cellulite by applying electromagnetic high-frequency waves.
