I feel that this year is going fast, I want to share with my readers about how I spent this month. I just want to give a glance of September. What I did and what I couldn't do. This post is really exciting for me as I am doing this for the very first time. Hope you people will like this blog post.
So here is how I had a great time in September
01) Blogging : I wrote only two blog posts this month both received a great response. Do check my two blog posts here To check my post about My Journey as a homemaker so far to see click here. To check my post about three TV series I am currently enjoying are here to see click here.
02) Social Media : I have been pretty active on Twitter. I found a great community which is Writing Community where I interact with people, share my blog posts, ask questions, answer questions. I am really happy to find such a community as I found the WordPress community.
03) Reading Magazines : I love reading Magazines both Lifestyle and Current affairs. I have this habit of reading since when I was in teens. During school and college I was very much into participating in debates and elocutions. Since then I was good at current affairs, back then I used to go with my dad and buy magazines. Those days there were no iPads or Kindle. My dad buying me magazines are some of my treasures. Right now I subscribed to Magzter where I get all the world magazines. I just go through it which is my precious ME time. I enjoyed reading magazines of this month and this Magzter subscription was a surprise gift from my husband. He really knows about my passions and how to pamper me.
04) Watched Movies : Here is the list of the movies I watched this month are:
a) Khuda Haafiz ( Chapter 2)
b) Ek Villian Returns
c) Revenge
05) Watched/ Watching Series ( TV shows)
a) Little America
b) The Lord of the Rings
c) House of the Dragon
d) Lincoln Lawyer
e) Star Girl
f) She-Hulk
g) The Old Man
h) River Dale ( Season 1 )
06) Going on a Date : I have gone a date with my husband to a buffet restaurant called Flechazo. I really had a great time dining with my soulmate. We now and then go for dates which makes to spend quality of time together and have great food. Food was good with nice ambience.
07) Shopping : I did some shopping as Dussehra and my birthdays are in respective months. I have been pampered a lot by family and I bought both traditional and western wear for upcoming events. I did Shopping from Westside and Pantaloons. I liked their collection especially Westside there are different collection.
08) Decluttering : We did a lot of decluttering in our home, trust me it made me feel really happy. I especially don't want to keep the stuff which I no longer needed. I try to give to people in need and some items do discard. Once you start decluttering things you will really find peace and I found a lot.
09) Cooking : I made Bagara rice ( rice made with ghee and spices) and Telangana chicken curry. Both were recipes of my Mom and I changed them according to our taste. These both are the cuisines of Telangana, people love these foods. They came really great and each of us enjoyed a lot. Bagara rice is my favourite food from childhood which I prepared this month. We love multicuisine food and I don't want to limit myself only to particular cuisines. Trying different cuisines is my passion which is helpful too.
10) Impact of Headphones : As I mentioned in my blog earlier that I bought Sony WH-1000XM4 . I wrote a review about that too. I am totally in love with this headphones and I am totally using it most of the times. Even when I blog I use headphones, as music is one of my favourite passion.
What I have not done this month are
01) DIY
02) Reading Fiction novels
03) Playing Video Games.
04) Subscribed to Kindle unlimited but read only few fiction novels.
I want to take it easy because it's not possible to concentrate on everything every time. Honestly one thing I regret most is I didn't read any fiction novels this month. Though they are my favourite but I wasn't in mood to read novels. I am planning to read at least one novel next month. I am planning a lot for the upcoming month and I am really excited for October as there are many events.
What do you think about my post?
What is your favourite activity you have done this month?
