my screen door. Sun's rays golden green steadfast
encircling, illuminates, elates
through darkness on my pillow trail locate
this profound misunderstanding, deep lies
hypnotize, santa claus on trial cries
to stay another day. We're galvanized
defensive apprehensive civilized
from the first inkling heartfelt star twinkling
through the bars of space-time cages winkling
shaped conditioned disciplined maneuvered
only by love fear's wielded whip removed
