These games are still coming thick and fast as we fly towards the end of the season at a relentless pace. Next up, with a quick turnaround, is a trip to Tyneside to face Newcastle.

Newcastle have been in remarkable form since Eddie Howe joined the club and they spent a bit of cash in January. They have soared up the league away from the relegation battle and into the top 10 and they will be looking to push on from there next season to challenge for European places.

The Quadruple chase continues and this weekend we play before Man City so a victory will take us to the top of the league and put the pressure back onto them to respond.

The whole club is buzzing at the moment and Jurgen Klopp signing a new contract has sent our emotions into the stratosphere. Whilst nothing is guaranteed in football, we have got the best possible manager to lead us for the next 4 years, so we should be challenging for trophies on a regular basis.

Fitness Update: Roberto Firmino is still not in full training so he will miss today's game. Kostas Tsimikas and Curtis Jones should return to the squad following illness.

Prediction: Newcastle 1 - 2 Liverpool. Really tough game this, it will be a battle and we need to stand strong and somehow get over the line with the 3 points. Newcastle have won their last 6 games in a row at home, so they will be confident and their fans will be rocking.

Onto the Starting Line Ups:

I have made a couple of changes to the team that played against Villarreal in midweek to keep it fresh. Matip, Tsimikas, Keita and Jota start in place of Konate, Robertson, Thiago and Diaz. It feels good knowing we can rotate like this and still play a strong side.

Christian and Joe have selected the same team.

Christian: I'm so glad Jurgen is a red and thanks Ulla for that one .. This week has started pretty pretty pretty good but what a test we have infront of us. Newcastle will be tough and we need to do everything right to get the three points as their form is fantastic. My starting eleven would be this. Fabinho, Konate and Diaz are the players left out perhaps to be asked questions from but this is how I would see us rotate. COYR.

Joe: Can't argue with that eleven.

Paul: A couple of changes for me. Need to keep some rotation and fresh legs. We need all these guys fresh for the run in. Tough game against an inform team who have nothing to lose. An early goal badly needed to get us those 3 points.

Those are our predicted line ups folks, let us know what you think and enjoy the game.

Come on Redmen! Allez, Allez, Allez!!
