Spring, my second favourite season, is just around the corner and this motivates me to ease my winter body out of its multi-layered cocoon and start treating myself to a few 'tweakments' to feel at my best and ready to spread my wings.

We are blessed with a beauty salon on most corners in our glorious region and I've been seeking out my favourites to share with you.

Let's start at the tip of my toes because I recently prised them out of winter hibernation and let KG Salon
in Barton-Le-Clay work their magic.

I had a deluxe gel pedi which was not only rejuvenating for my poor tired boot-shmooshed feet but I left with a perfectly polished spring in my step.

Next, laser hair removal, I've taken the plunge and am working with the lovely team at Infusion Wellbeing at their Bletchley branch in a bid to be hair-free by summer.

Who needs the hassle any more when you can adios the need for painful waxing or time consuming having? It's all about streamlining!

'm booked in with Nue Clinic in MK to tackle the orange peel effect of cellulite in time for bikini body weather, should we actually get to go abroad this year.

Regardless, I can't wait to feel more toned in that area just for generally feeling good.

Known for their expertise in non-surgical cosmetic treatments, they are the go to guys for body sculpting at http://www.nueclinic.co.uk.

My final recommendation is Secret Enhancements, also in MK but with monthly clinics in Bedford.
