If ABS-CBN is known as the kapamilya network, RPN is known as the kapiling network and GMA Network is known as the kapuso network, TV5 wants to be called as the "kapatid" network.

No longer dropped TV and goodbye "IBA sa 5", the Novaliches-based tv station officially launched its claim as the third wheel in local TV landscape in a very explosive and extravagant trade launch staged on June 26, 2022, at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, Metro Manila with the last Live virtual and studio audience.

In just a matter of months and weeks, the Kapatid Network was able to convince stars like Maricel Soriano, Paolo Bediones, Ruffa Gutierrez, JC de Vera, John Prats, Rainier Castillo, and Comedy King Dolphy to sign up with them.
