Ok so our bathroom renovation is taking a bit longer than expected. Part of this is because we have so many things to nail down and figure out. Because we move in 20 days!!!

I was hoping that we would have the tile floors down this past weekend, instead that will be happening this next week. We did get the bathroom painted though and the bathroom vanity cabinets installed. We got the countertops ordered and we have the sinks and toilet ready to be installed.

Other than the bathroom projects though, Darren worked hard at removing a bunch of stuff from the basement that was left I. The house. I got to work painting the back beam room as we call it. The beam room is a massive room and I have some plans for how I want it set up, but first I had to rip out the wet bar as well as tape off every beam. In place of the wet bar I will be adding a dog nook and I am very excited for that. So far I have the walls prepped and painted. I can't wait to give our girls their own space in our house.

I won't be working much on the house this upcoming week/weekend since I am traveling for work and once I return from my work trip I will be packing at the old house. We have a lot of items that will be going into storage so I need to pack well. I already can't wait to get home and see what all Darren has finished!
