Today's Bible Reading- Jeremiah Chapters 23-24 & 2 Timothy Chapter 2.

Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. It's a very chilly 47° right now. Our high today will only reach 57° and we have a 90% chance of rain. I'm so glad I rewashed that load of laundry! Now I can pull my flannel shirt out!

Pardon me while I get my second cup of coffee.

Ah. Nothing like a hot cup of coffee on a rainy, cozy day like today. The atmosphere absolutely reeks with fall. In a good way.

Mom has an appointment today, so that will take up a portion of my afternoon. Meanwhile, I've already started my grocery list, so maybe I can get that out of the way as well.

I do have some good news. I finally got my sheets changed! Gracie got up from her nap yesterday and I seized the opportunity. Fresh sheets, plus I also put on the heated blanket.

I wrapped my tomatoes last night and I'm glad I did. I'll have to start figuring out where to put them. I did notice that Aldi is featuring a mini greenhouse. It's a bit pricey ($30), but I wonder if it would be a worthy investment.

Tonight's supper will be chicken fried rice and egg rolls. I'm looking forward to it.

I don't really have much planned today other than Mom's appointment. I could potentially get the grocery shopping done beforehand and then just chill in the parking lot while I wait on Mom.
