Finally we are back in action after the torrid International break. Hopefully our players have returned unscathed because the games are going to be coming thick and fast from this point onwards. We have played 3 Premier League games so far and accumulated 7 points, and over the next couple of weeks our campaigns in the Champions League and the Carabao Cup will commence.

Next up, we face a testing trip away to Leeds Utd. They will have the full backing of their home crowd and it will be a feisty atmosphere and match. Leeds are currently near the bottom of the table with 2 draws and 1 loss, so they will be pushing for a win to kick start their season.

Prediction: Leeds 1 - 3 Liverpool. It will be a hard fought game but if we can win the physical battle then our quality will shine through and we will be able to score the goals we need to win the game.

Onto the Starting Line Ups:

I have selected the team above and I actually think it is our best starting line up. Alisson, Trent, Van Dijk and Robbo are the best in the world in their positions and Matip is a fantastic unappreciated defender. Fabinho is arguably the best in the world in his position, Thiago is world class and Henderson is finally getting the appreciation he deserves. Salah and Mane have built up a reputation over the past 4 years of being in the conversation as the best attackers in the world and Jota has been on an upward trajectory ever since joining the club last summer.

Christian makes one change to the team I have selected above and says: 'Liverpool take on Leeds and again 3 points in this race looks so important. COYR.'
