Afia Pokuaa known in the media circles as Vim Lady has called out the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to show Ghanaians the schools under trees they claim to have moved them to classrooms.
The media personality who is peeved about contributions been made for a National Cathedral has started a crusade to get schools under trees moved to classrooms.
To her, issues like these are supposed to be at the forefront of discussions and people need to rise and fight to ensure that they are addressed.
"These are the issues that Ghanaians need to push our leaders to do so that schools under trees will be a thing of the past. NDC told us that they have moved schools under trees to classrooms but in every village I go to, I see schools under trees.
We sit in Accra and say what we like forgetting that Accra is not the only place in Ghana. That is why we need to discuss these things today," she said.
Meanwhile, Vim lady has kicked against donations been solicited to build a National Cathedral and has called on well-meaning Ghanaians to rather contribute towards addressing pressing social issues.
