There is a spacious @supplydemandnovena located at LEE KONG CHIAN SCHOOL OF MEDICINE, Novena area.
This is the first time we have come to this place and was pleasantly surprised with the nice environment. High ceilings and glass windows really open up space.
There are outdoor seating areas if you prefer open space.

What is even better, they have really good value Weekend Brunch at only $12.90 nett.

Freshly Shucked Oysters -
Freshly Shucked Pacific Oysters Flown From USA, Lemon Wedge Tabasco.
The oysters are not part of the weekend brunch but you can order them, they are great as starters.

Garlic Truffle Fries -
Signature Chunky Cut Fries, Drizzled liberally with Truffle Oil and topped with Shaved Parmesan, Roasted Garlic and Parsley
We love that the fries are chunky and really comfort food to us.

Tartine Aux Crevettes -
Breaded Shrimps & Sliced Tomato, Spicy Avocado Guacamole, Scrambled Eggs, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Thick Garlic Toast, Rustic Mesclun Salad

PB & J Sarnie -
Buttered Wholemeal Bread, Peanut Butter, Fruit Jam, Sriracha Chilli, Crunchy Chicken Katsu, Mesclun Salad

Smoked Salmon with Truffled Scramble and Roe -

Moroccan Kefta Mkaouara -
Baked In Petite Pan, Spicy Garlic Tomato Sauce, Cumin, Onion, Beef Meatballs, Diced Meatballs, Diced Tomatoes, Salsa Cruda, Eggs, Leavened Flatbread (Change to lamb meatballs for additional $1)
We love that this is a bit spicy so it goes well with the flatbread.

Spicy Pork Waffles -
Hot Waffle, Sunny Side Egg, Spicy Thai Inspired Garlic Pork Mince, Shaved Parmesan, Scallion, Maple Syrup, Rustic Mesclun Salad
Another perfect item for brunch. Who doesn't;t love waffles?

I take a look at their Main & Brunch Menu, must be easily 40 over dishes altogether. Even their drinks menu is very extensive.
