This week's episode of WWE Raw emanates from the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon! Jey Uso comes face-to-face with Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker. Judgment Day's Finn Balor and JD McDonagh defend the WWE World Tag Team Championships. CM Punk looks ahead to WWE Hell in a Cell. Bronson Reed and Braun Strowman unleash chaos. IYO SKY battles Bianca Belair, and much more!

We Hear From CM Punk
Punk says people keeping ask him how many matches he has left in his career, to which Punk says far more than people think. When he returned to WWE, Punk says he made it clear he wasn't back to make friends, but that didn't mean he intended to create a mortal enemy either. That's what happened with Drew McIntyre though. Punk believes the only way to resolve their conflict is in the Hell In A Cell match at WWE Bad Blood. Punk admits he was naive to think their issues were settled after their Strap Match at WWE Bash In Berlin.
He confesses to feeling like he has zero Hell in a Cell matches left in him, He also says his sister and wife told him not to compete inside Hell in a Cell. Despite that, Punk is still going to compete. Punks says the devil in heart tells him that the only way his feud ends is by competing inside Hell in a Cell. Punk promises to make McIntyre bleed and that McIntyre will have to kill him because he is prepared to die and that if this is the end of his career, then so be it. If McIntyre is also prepared for this to be the end, then Punk will see him in Hell.
Backstage, Sheamus says Pete Dunne hit him where it hurts, specifically when he took away his dream of becoming a WWE Grand Slam Champion. Sheamus says it's time to inflict pain on Dunne. Sheamus tells the audience not to call Dunne "Butch" because he despises it. Sheamus then vows to make Dunne his "Butch."
Sheamus vs. Pete Dunne
Sheamus and Dunne exchange strikes. Dunne takes down Sheamus with a kick to the leg, to which Sheamus responds with a backbreaker. Sheamus sends Dunne over the top rope and looks to hit him with a series of forearm strikes, but Dunne catches his arm and hyperextends his elbow. Back in the ring, Dunne and Sheamus fight in the corner, with Dunne landing a step-up enziguri. The action spills to the outside, where Dunne looks to stomp on Sheamus' hand on top of the steel stairs, but Sheamus stops him. Sheamus then slams Dunn onto the announce table.
In the match's closing moments, Sheamus hits a running powerslam. Sheamus slides his kneepad down and ascends to the top rope. Sheamus jumps off and lands a knee to Dunne's jaw. Sheamus sets up for Celtic Cross but Dunne escapes. Dunne kicks Sheamus and also ascends to the top rope. Sheamus lands an uppercut and sends Dunne crashing to the mat with a slam. Sheamus covers for a pinfall. Dunne kicks out. Sheamus lands a series of forearm strikes to Dunne, who is entangled between the ropes. Dunne grabs a shillelagh from ringside, but Sheamus then takes it from his hand. With the referee distracted, Dunne reveals a cricket bat and hits Sheamus with it. Dunne follows up with a big boot for the win.
Winner: Pete Dunne
Backstage, Xavier Woods tells Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, and Jey Uso that he and Kofi Kingston want to go at Judgment's Day Finn Balor and JD McDonagh alone tonight, with no extra help. The trio agree, with Priest adding that he wants to see The New Day whoop Judgment's Day butt.
Natalya (w/ Lyra Valkyria & Zelina Vega) vs. Zoey Stark (w/ Shayna Baszler & Sonya Deville)
Natalya and Stark lock up and Natalya tries to roll up Stark for a pinfall. Stark kicks out. Stark kicks Natalya and follows up with a springboard missile dropkick.
Back from the break, Stark looks another top-rope dropkick, but Natalya instead connects with a German suplex and a discus lariat. Natalya then lands a series of right hands on Stark in the corner. Stark looks for a kick to Natalya's face, but Natalya catches it. Natalya and Stark trade pin and finisher move attempts until Natalya finally roll her up for the win.
Winner: Natalya
Backstage, Rhea Ripley is asked about her knee, but Finn Balor interrupts. Balor says Ripley is just as bad as Damian Priest. Balor accuses Ripley of only caring about herself. Balor says she and Priest are the reason for everything that's gone wrong with The Judgment Day over the last few months. Ripley says she loved her family, but if Balor wants to make them out to be the bad guys, then so be it. Balor reveals that he was the devil on Dominik Mysterio's shoulder telling him to go after Liv Morgan, over Ripley. Jey Uso enters the frame and asks if there's a problem. Balor implores Uso to focus on his Intercontinental Championship match, and not Ripley, who is out of Uso's league.
Jey Uso & Bron Breakker Come Face-To-Face
Uso says he's excited about potentially capturing the Intercontinental Championship, his first singles title, next week on Raw. Bron Breakker's music hits. Breakker says he warned Uso to stay away from his title, but yet, here Uso still is. Breakker points out that Uso has been in WWE for 14 years, and there's no doubt that Uso is a star, but Breakker has managed to do more as a singles star in six months than Uso has in his entire career. Breakker says he didn't need his family's help to reach success, unlike Uso. Breakker says the Intercontinental Championship is now his family. Meanwhile, Breakker says Uso is nothing without his family.
Uso says he sees the dog in Breakker. Uso says he won't take Breakker lightly, but Breakker has only been here six months. Uso says he was winning titles, while Breakker was in diapers. Uso says their title match might end up short and sweet like Breakker's NFL career. Breaker lands a cheap shot on Uso. Breakker then looks to execute a spear but eats one from Uso instead.
WWE World Tag Team Championships: The New Day vs. The Judgment Day (c)
Kofi Kingston lands a hurricanrana on JD McDonagh and tags in Xavier Woods. Woods and Kingston double team McDonagh, with Woods later body-slamming him. Woods tags Kingston back in, and the two send McDonagh and Balor to the outside via a pair of superkicks.
Later, Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio and Carlito start walking down the ramp, but LWO arrives to even the odds. Back in the ring, Woods superkicks McDonagh. Kingston takes out the factions at ringside with a dive. Woods land a big elbow off the rope and goes for a pin on McDonagh, but the referee is preoccupied with the bodies on the outside. Woods argues with the referee. McDonagh then tags in Balor but Woods doesn't see it. Balor lands Coup De Grace on Woods for the win.
Winners (And Still): Judgment Day
After the match, a frustrated Woods tells Kingston he's tired and something needs to change.
Backstage, Woods is seen arguing with the LWO. Kingston reveals he told LWO to be out there for their tag match in case Judgment Day interfered. Kingston says now it's just him and Woods in the New Day, which enrages Woods. Woods asks why LWO was clued in to Kingston's plan, but he wasn't. Woods then walks away.
Braun Strowman vs. Bronson Reed
As soon as Strowman enters the ring, Reed charges at Strowman. Strowman sidesteps and sends Reed crashing into the top turnbuckle instead, which snaps the top rope. Strowman charges at Reed with the Strowman Express, but Reed hurls a fan from the crowd at him. Strowman sends Reed crashing through the barricade near the timekeeper's area. WWE officials quickly intervene to separate the two and provide medical assistance.
Strowman runs after Reed through the crowd and slams him into a road case. Strowman and Reed brawl to the backstage area. Reed is slammed into a wall as Strowman then fights off several security guards. Reed lands a Tsunami on Strowman through a table. Strowman then charges at Strowman, sending them both crashing through a piece of drywall.
Sami Zayn Confronts Ludwig Kaiser & Gunther
Sami Zayn says he wants and needs to be WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Zayn says Gunther has repeatedly declined him an opportunity for him to challenge for the title though. Zayn remembers Gunther saying Zayn isn't on the same level as him, but Zayn doesn't believe that though. Zayn recalls beating Gunther at WrestleMania, and asserts that he can beat him again. Zayn thinks Gunther is scared of him.
Ludwig Kaiser emerges. Kaiser asks why Zayn is asking for a title match against Gunther. Kaiser says Gunther is trying to save Zayn from the worst embarrassment of his entire life. Kaiser says WrestleMania was the greatest night of Zayn's career, and his family looked up to him for the first time ever. Kaiser calls Zayn's win over Gunther a miracle and says it will never happen again.
Zayn says Gunther doesn't need Kaiser to speak for him, or anything in general. Zayn thinks Kaiser doesn't need Gunther either. Zayn thinks Kaiser is looking to stand on his two feet, just like the rest of the locker room. Zayn questions if Kaiser can earn respect though by just being Gunther's mouthpiece. Zayn tells Kaiser he doesn't need to speak for Gunther, and to have the balls to speak for himself.
Gunther's music hits. He joins Zayn and Kaiser in the ring. Gunther asks Kaiser if there's anything he needs to say. Kaiser responds by attacking Zayn. As Kaiser holds Zayn's arms back, Gunther declines Zayn's challenge yet again. Kaiser looks to level Zayn again, but Zayn counters it and connects with a Helluva Kick.
Backstage, Damian Priest is asked if he has any hesitation heading into his match with Dominik Mysterio tonight. Liv Morgan interrupts and calls Priest a has-been. Morgan follows up by calling him and Rhea Ripley losers. Priest says he's surprised someone in the Judgment Day has a set (of balls). Priest tells Morgan to protect hers, because when Ripley defeats her, she's going to shove them down Morgan's throat. Priest then tells Morgan to give Mysterio a kiss goodbye, because he plans to put Mysterio down tonight.
Bianca Belair (w/ Jade Cargill) vs. IYO SKY (w/ Kairi Sane)
Belair and SKY trade dropkicks. Belair looks to powerbomb SKY, which SKY tries to counter with a hurricanrana. Belair manages to block it. Belair connects with a vertical suplex on SKY, then seeks a springboard moonsault. However, SKY rolls out of the way. SKY looks for an arm drag but Belair lands gracefully on her feet.
Back from break, Belair takes down SKY with a pair of clothelines and a dropkick. Belair rains down with right hands on SKY in the corner. SKY land two uppercuts and a dropkick of her own. SKY then lands a meteora on Belair in the corner. Belair responds with a gut-buster. SKY ascends to the top and connects with missile dropkick. SKY attempts a fall, but Belair kicks out. SKY and Belair trade right hands. SKY rolls Belair up again but Belair kicks out and sends KKY face-first into the turnbuckle. Belair lands a moonsault off the ropes. SKY put Belair in bridging pin for a two count. SKY dives through the ropes and lands on Belair on the outside. Belair dumps SKY back into the ring with a vertical suplex. Belair goes for a 450-splash, but SKY gets her knees up. SKY then looks for a moonsault but Belair counters it into a KOD set-up. Before Belair can connect, SKY reverses into a small package for the win.
Winner: IYO SKY
Backstage, Ilja Dragunov wishes Jey Uso the best of luck in his title match next week. As Uso walks off, Balor and Judgment Day surround him. Balor tells Dragunov to be careful of who he makes friend with. Dragunov says he respects Uso, Rhea Ripley, and Damian Priest, unlike the Judgment Day. Balor tells Dragunov to consider this encounter a warning from the Judgment Day.
Damian Priest vs. Dominik Mysterio
Priest takes down Mysterio with a series of shoulder blocks. Mysterio connects with a low dropkick, but Priest responds with a Flapjack. Priest lands series of kicks on Mysterio in the corner. Priest then chokes Mysterio against the ring ropes with his leg. Priest looks to set up for a Razor's Edge, but Balor distracts him. Mysterio escapes to the outside and is sent face-first into the ring apron by Priest. Priest slams Mysterio into the announce table then uppercuts him. Priest clocks Carlito and pushes Mysterio back into the ring. With the referee distracted, Balor sends Priest flying into the ring post. Mysterio then sends him flying over the announce table.
In the match's closing moments, Priest connects with a Broken Arrow and goes for a pin, but Morgan puts Mysterio's leg on the rope to break it up. Out of nowhere, Rhea Ripley sends Morgan crashing over the announce table. Priest comes down with a right hand to Carlito. Mysterio attempts a suicide dive, but Priest catches him and instead sends him crashing inro Balor. Back in the ring, Mysterio sets up and lands a 619. He then looks to follow up with a frog splash, but Priest rolls out of the way. Priest connects with a South of Heaven for the win.
Winner: Damian Priest
Post-match, Judgment Day attack Priest in the ring. Ripley rises up and chokes Mysterio against the ropes, but Morgan sends her crashing into the ring steps. Jey Uso rushes down but eats a spear from Bron Breakker. Back in the ring, Morgan delivers an Oblivion to Ripley while Balor connects with a trio of Coup De Graces on Priest.
