Hey Friends,
September is here and that means new book reviews for the month. Today I will be reviewing "The Cabin" by Natasha Preston. This book left me with many questions. This book was about suspense, murder, and who did it. Here's my take on the book:
- 6 friends went to the cabin to celebrate their freedom before going off to college
- Two of their friends died in a car accident not long ago
- Josh invited his estranged brother on a weekend trip, no one knew of him except for his brother
- The friends were enjoying the moments before things went dark
- The next morning two of the friends were murdered and no one could remember what happened
- Courtney and Josh were murdered and the murderer was on the loose.
- Everyone was panicking trying to figure out what had happened last night and who would do this their friend
- All of the friends suspected Josh's brother except MacKenzie.
- Blake has a funny way of showing his emotions
- The town kept looking at each of the friends due to the fact of what happened with Courtney and Josh.
- Everyone in town was walking away from the group
MacKenzie was a loyal friend until she discovered her friends' hidden secrets, causing her pain, especially from a friend she never thought would hurt anyone. The story begins with six friends having a great time that ended in tragedy.
