Today's Bible Reading- Ezekiel Chapters 20-21
September's Memory Verse- Acts 5:29
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 82°, cloudy, 18% chance of rain this afternoon, winds from the northeast at 2-7 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 90%.
Yesterday was a tough day. Another kitten passed. Pop helped me bury this one. Poor little thing.
Even though it was tough, progress was made. The subfloor is in, part of the ceiling is down, and I picked up all the branches around the front and back yard. Also, Pop got the bathroom window to open! I tried last year and almost broke the glass. Yay! Now we can have fresh air flowing in!
Today, we'll be getting the ceiling taken care of, getting the partition rebuilt, and maybe, just maybe, we'll get the sheetrock up so we can get the shower base in! Oh. Pop has to deal with the water lines today. So maybe we can get ready to put the shower in. I don't know. Pray we have a smooth going today, please. Sponge baths go so far.
I'm not going to worry about the yard right now. The bathroom needs to be the focus. Maybe we'll get some flooring in! Mm. I think Pop wants to wait to do that last.
I did get the boxes out yesterday. Also found an old computer monitor that needed to go. Supper tonight will be Hungarian goulash. I need to pull the meat out of the freezer.
That's all for now, peeps. I need to clean up and get ready for the day. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
