Today's Bible Reading- Ezekiel Chapters 34-36
September's Memory Verse- Acts 5:29
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 77°, overcast, 50% chance of rain, winds are from the east northeast at 13 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 63%.
Yesterday was productive. I picked up Mom's insulin, got an extra vial for backup, picked up some lunch and came home. Then, after eating, I used the weed eater on the lush bit of grass in the back yard. Since the mower isn't running at the moment, it needed cut down a bit. I did get to weed eat around the apples, too, so that's a plus.
In other news, while I was weed eating, I somehow stepped in fire ants and they got in my socks. I have a few bites on both my ankles. Yowch.
After the weed eating, I got in the car and drove 45 minutes to another town to pick up the car part I needed. It was the closest store that had what I needed in stock. Then, I had to drive another 20 minutes to a town even further to get some pet food. While I was there, I stopped into a home improvement store and bought a spark plug for the mower. Then, it was time to go home.
Supper was Philly cheesesteaks. They were okay. Tonight is Thai chicken bowls. I need to get everything going in the crockpot.
Um, let's see. Today, my goals are to get a menu together, get the grocery list together, finish laundry, feed the fish, and get the part put in my car. Those are my goals for today.
That's all for now, peeps. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
