Focus on the Problem
Identify a problem or situation that is causing you stress.
Brainstorm five (5) ideas that could either solve the problem or remove you from the situation.
Turn your best idea into a solution by planning actionable steps.
Take the first (small) step today.
Set a deadline to complete the rest of the steps.
*Write down the deadline (or add it to your mobile calendar) to help you remember!

Problem or situation causing me stress: Searching for a full-time job.
5 ideas to solve the problem:
- Start a new job that is a good fit for my strengths and skill sets.
- Continue my daily movement, meditation, and mindfulness practice.
- Decrease negative self-talk patterns by 50%.
- Add a 5 - 10 minute Peloton morning meditation upon waking 3 - 5 days/week.
- Write down 3 - 5 things I am grateful for each night 3 - 5 days/week.
Tomorrow morning I will do a 5 minute Peloton morning meditation with Kristin McGee. To support my commitment, I will add the guided meditation to my iCal the night before.
