Living in the light. To have that thing that others wonder what you are on. High on life. Unmedicated with no anxiety. Happy with no worries. Thoughtful, with an abundance to share. A pillar for others to seek refuge.
To be a Christian is to Live Good even amidst the trials and tribulations of the complexities of life. They are much simpler when you know right from wrong. You will be tested. You will find reason to hate, yet you will overcome it and choose forgiveness and love instead. Feeling bad for a possessed heart is far easier than cursing their existence. Always having the right thing to say, or wisdom to say nothing at all.
To be a Christian is to be patient. This Christian life is to not only not sin, but be averse to sinful behavior. To be a Christian is a long walk deeper and deeper into the life of Good Living. It is a simple smile, and hard breath. It is to work hard in all you do. A Christian has pride in only his belief system through which powers his every other action endlessly. A Christian is not a time and place, but a journey of healed wounds. A Christian is the best version of yourself. Humble, loving, immovable, respectful, and hopeful. The Christian lives in peace knowing the ultimate outcome. For nothing else matters besides being the best version of himself at any point in time. He thinks and questions left or right at every junction. He is not ignorant, but he knows when to ignore rants fueled by Satan. Evil runs from him, blessing follow him. He brings the light and emits joy.
To be a believer in Jesus is something that never made sense until diving in head first. I hope these words give you the courage to swim along in this joyful gift of life. Stop fighting the season. Rest up, read up, and look up for the starlit path that awaits you.
