- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- unsweetened applesauce (recipe calculated using applesauce)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Mash bananas,add sugar and eggs . Add apple sauce and Mix. Add the dry ingredients and Mix. Fold in Chocolate chips. Prepare muffin tins and fill 3/4 from top. You can also bake in a loaf pan for bread. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes at 375 First day of school here is August 8th. Are you ready for school? | | | |
