Today's Bible Reading- Job Chapters 26-31.
June's Memory Verse- Proverbs 3:9-10.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 88°, partly cloudy, no rain, winds from the east northeast at 10 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 76%.
A little bit cooler today, thank the Lord. We had a cooler breeze going yesterday. It truly was a nice day out. I made pickles yesterday! Took most of the morning and part of the afternoon. There were bits of the recipe that didn't explain to newbies about when the seals are made, so the pickles processed way longer than they should have. It's okay. I have six pints of bread and butter pickles now. They've been sitting on the counter overnight, and I think I'll put one jar in the fridge. The one jar I'm concerned about the seal. Better to be safe than sorry.
The pickles will be ready to eat in 4-6 weeks, so I'm eager to taste them out! That puts them at the end of July and early August. Mm. Maybe we'll have a cookout and crack open a can. My parents and I have really been going through the pickles lately.
Today's agenda: ledgers, bills, boxes out, and figure out something about Gracie's food. I did get my laundry done yesterday. I did that after finishing the pickles.
That's about all I have for today, peeps. I need a shower and to start cracking on the bills. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
