Today's Bible Reading- 2 Chronicles Chapters 5-7.
May's Memory Verse- 1 Thessalonians 5:18-22.

Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 86°, partly cloudy with a chance of rain and isolated storms, winds from the south at 1-8 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 94%.

I'm tired. I was hoping to sleep in this morning, but Gracie had other ideas. She was ready for nom noms, and so that meant that humans needed to be awake. She walked all over my body, meowed, caterwauled, and kept generally bugging me until I got up. It was just past 6:00 in the morning.

She's currently settling in for a power nap, I'm assuming. She wants my computer chair, but I'm not giving it up until I'm finished with what I'm doing here. I have my ledger to balance because the bank website went down yesterday before I could get my ledger opened. I did get Mom and Pop's ledger balanced, though. Thank the Lord for that.

Thelma is fed. She needs a new water bowl. It was supposed to be rust resistant, but methinks that claim was in error.

I feel a little low on energy this morning. I think I'll make a smoothie. It really seems to help me out.

We're trying out Good Ranchers. Did I tell you that? The box should be here today. Mom and I will try to get a menu together to work with what's in the box. We're going to try to make it last for a month. If we can get a full menu going, I may be able to work out what to buy at the store and maybe only go every other week. That's a stretch, but doable, I think.

We'll see how it all goes. Today, though, I have ledgers, I have menu making, I have the pet store to go to, and I have a stack of mail items that need taken care of.

The pet store isn't an absolute necessity, so if I'm too tired I can wait until tomorrow or even Saturday.

That's all for now, peeps. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
