- 1/2 Banana (ripe) (*I recommend frozen.)
- 1/2 cup Raspberries (frozen)
- 1/2 Blueberries (frozen)
- 1 scoop Protein Powder of choice
- 5 Ice Cubes
Ingredients In a high-powered blender, combine the milk, banana, raspberries, blueberries, protein powder, and ice cubes until the mixture is smooth. Serve in a tall glass. If you prefer to make a smoothie bowl (like me), blend less to create a thicker consistency and serve in a bowl.
