1. I completed all 3 core Peloton Power Zone Pack team challenge rides to continue to add points to Team-122. I will continue to practice self-care and stay consistent with my exercise routine and movement practice to keep a positive mindset for more good things to come.
2. I picked up my sweet cat Cali's ashes and had a heartfelt memorial service with her sister Minimi, listening to a gratitude playlist and shedding tears. It was a very healing experience. I was very touched when a hiking friend gave me beautiful wildflowers from her garden to add to my Cali memorial.
3. An unplanned long outdoor walk one afternoon on a warm 70s, sunny, Seattle day. I am eagerly anticipating more warm, sunny days soon to come!
