Yum ! - 2-3 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
- boneless chicken thighs
- 1 package Hillshire Smoked Sausage, sliced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 10 ounce can Rotel
- 1 lb of pasta ( Penna or spaghetti)
- One bunch of chopped green onions
- Heat oil over medium heat in a large pot.
- Add sausages, chicken, red pepper, and red onion to the pot. Cook until the sausage & chicken starts to brown and the vegetables soften.
- Add chicken broth, water, creole seasoning, paprika, garlic, and rotel.
- Mix and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and cover until pasta is cooked through.
- Top with chopped green onions
