Savory Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 3 Garlic Gloves (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1-pound Mushrooms (sliced) (*Mushroom type of choice)
- 1 tablespoon Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
In a large pan over medium heat, sauté garlic cloves and tomato paste in the olive oil until the tomato paste begins to darken (1 - 2 minutes). Add the mushrooms and soy sauce. Sauté until lightly browned (3 - 5 minutes).
Yields: 4 servings
