Today's Bible Reading- Joshua Chapters 4-6.
March's Memory Verse- John 14:6.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast today: 75°, sunny, no rain, winds from the west at 3-9 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 68%.
A beautiful spring day ahead of us today! So why is my stomach gurgling and rumbling? Well, I have an eye doctor appointment today. In a little over 3 hours, I'll be getting my eyes checked out. Yikes! I haven't done that since 2020. A lot of nerves going on. I'm not really a fan of docs in general, but I know my glasses need updated.
I didn't get any lawn done last night. Pop got in too late. He bought a mower. It's actually super nice. I'm nervous about it, though, because it's a riding mower. I sat on it last night to put the brake on and I felt the vertigo hit. That's what I'm afraid of. I get vertigo on riding mowers. Not sure why. I sit on them and instantly feel like I'm falling sideways.
We didn't have supper until almost 8:00 last night, so I'll be having lunch late today. Other than the eye appointment, I'll finish up the little bit of laundry, make my menu and make the grocery list. I have hamburgers in the freezer, but I don't know if I have buns. There is bread, though. I know I won't feel like going grocery shopping.
The bright side is that I have the meat for Sunday dinner already. Corned beef. I need cabbage and mashed potatoes. And carrots. The smallest head of cabbage I can find will suffice.
In other news, the new neighbors have been slowly moving in. They did a lot of unpacking last night. They must have been giving the house a deep clean from the previous peeps.
Um, that's about all I have for now. I need a shower and to just chill a little bit. Mom's going with me to the eye doctor today. I need help picking out frames.
Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
