Good morning Everyone ! Make these the night before you want to enjoy these for breakfast - use what ever fruit is available and enjoy them as you go back to school.

Over Night Mason Jar Oatmeal :
1/2 C oats & pinch salt
1/2 C of yogurt
fruit on top
cover with milk ( you can use almond or other types of milk)
Put the lid on the container, shake everything together, and let it sit overnight
Blueberry & Greek Yogurt
1/3 C milk
1/4 C rolled oats
1/4 C Greek yogurt
2 Tsp honey
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 C fresh blueberries
Combine milk, oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and cinnamon in a 1/2-pint jar with a lid; cover and shake until combined. Remove lid and fold in blueberries. Cover jar with lid.Refrigerate oatmeal, 8 hours to overnight.
Apple Cinnamon
1/2 C of Oats
1/2 cup milk (or apple cider)
1/2 cup diced apple
1 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon granola (for topping)
Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add in diced apple. Sweeten by topping with honey and cinnamon before refrigerating overnight. Top with granola in the morning.
