To commence the festivities, M Hotel presents a lavish Prosperity Norwegian Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng with Poached Lobster (M $118+, L $148+), promising an extra dose of 'huat' (prosperity). The Halal version of the Prosperity Norwegian Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng (M $68+, L $88+) ensures that everyone can partake in this symbolic tossing of good fortune. M Hotel also offers the Premium Abalone Treasure Pot 'Pen Cai' ($298+), a take-home delicacy featuring premium ingredients such as 6-head abalone, tiger prawn, Japanese conpoy, roast duck, and more, served in a convenient clay pot.
