Today's Bible Reading- Exodus Chapters 6-8.
January's Memory Verse- Isaiah 41:10.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 45° (it's already 41°), sunny, no rain, winds from the west at 17 miles per hour with 26 miles per hour gusts, and humidity is sitting at 89%.
Although it's already 41° out, it feels like 33° thanks to the wind. Brr.
Happy Friday. The curry last night was delicious. I added extra ginger and I used fresh ginger instead of ground ginger. Mom even had a second small bowl. No leftovers whatsoever.
I didn't make it to the store yesterday. I didn't do much of anything. I was so tired. Mom even told me I looked exhausted. She recommended me sitting in the recliner for a while and do something quiet.
Gracie feels a little puny today. Not sure if it's her stomach or her arthritis. Maybe a bit of both.
Today, Lord willing, the store. I will definitely need more chicken. The cream is almost gone, too. Mom also asked for more gum. I can either make one store trip or I can split my time between two stores. I'll probably just go to one.
It's Friday, so I think I'll work on ledgers. I'll also work on breaking boxes down. If I can get the energy, I'll take them to the dump. Waste center. Recycling center. It's all the same place. They just have different receptacles for everything.
What else can I do? Hmm. Not sure. I'll find something to do. It would be nice to get the boxes out, though. The weather had originally been calling for it to rain today, but I guess the grubs decided to change that.
That's about all I have for now, peeps. I may try to work on Mom's sweater a little bit today. Supper is chili and cornbread. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
