Richa Soni: A lifestyle blogger Jan 4 These days jobs are difficult to find and get one and there is a competition going around the whole world as we all are aware of. Things are getting harder for us in terms of getting a job. Being experienced counts the most of all because the first question we are asked is that how much work experience do you have? It all starts from there and from there we are judged too. Why can't companies understand if they don't give us a chance how will we get a job experience from? We are beginners and we want to learn to work and then get the experience. It is no fun in job hunting because we get so annoyed and feel frustrated because we don't hear back most of the time from the companies where we had applied for a job. If the companies got back to us, their response is a rejection what makes us feel bad and it lets us to think that we are not capable for the certain role. Life is not easy and so is job hunting and it takes lots of patience to get through this whole process as well. We should try to stay calm and give our 100% while searching for a job.
