admittedly
I'm not crazy about
all insects
I'm not afraid of them
unless they surprise me
in a weird way
and it depends on
who they are
and what they look like
but I like most of them
and don't mind if they
crawl on me for awhile
or sit on my arm and rest
but they are all beautiful
there's no getting
around it
their colors
are straight
from Mother Nature's
special cabinet
where she keeps
the bluest blues
and the reddest reds
the best golds
and greens
and using those colors
she paints the
ladybugs
beetles
bees
and all the rest
of the insects
because they are tiny
she gives them
extra beauty
to make them
standout
