Today's Bible Reading- Jeremiah Chapters 19-22.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Hold on while I look up our local forecast. Okay, here it is: 86°, sunny with a few clouds, no rain, good air quality, winds are coming from the northeast at 4 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 65%.
Sounds like a warm and humid day today. Muggy. We had one of those days yesterday. I thought it was supposed to feel a little cooler. Nope. It was a hot one.
So far this morning, I've made my bed, downed most of a cup of coffee, fed the fish, and fed Thelma. I also watered the lily and gave a little water to the lemon trees. I don't want to overwater them.
The grow bed is doing great. The okra is growing strong, the new lettuce is thriving, the radishes and carrots are getting bigger. I also see the very beginnings of a Brandywine tomato! The flower is starting to bend backwards and the tomato will grow out of that.
Gracie has had her nom noms. She's on her pillow, staring at me. I have yet to read my Bible and have my prayer time, but since I'm having trouble focusing this morning, I wanted to write this and have all that finished so I could just hone in on what I'm reading.
Today will be full of balancing ledgers, folding that laundry I didn't get to yesterday, and I think My mom has a prescription ready for her. I think. I'll have to ask on that one.
I burnt the burgers on the grill last night, so it was what we call "burnt offerings". Tonight, I'll try again with chicken. Hopefully I won't burn that. We'll have a salad on the side.
That's all I have for now, peeps. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.
